Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Architect innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to translate future vision into product development pipelines
- Establish industry thought leadership via whitepapers and keynote presentations
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future visions
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
