Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership within tech sector
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining products
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership on future trends or technology disruption
- Experience leading global teams and managing $5M+ innovation budgets
