Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Scenarios' workshops with C-suite executives and external futurists
- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' on societal shifts, regulatory changes, and technological inflection points
- Oversee prototype development of next-gen human augmentation systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and government innovation bodies
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary 'Anticipatory Intelligence Framework'
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Published thought leadership on societal transformation or tech ethics (peer-reviewed journals preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of delivering future-ready products/services to market
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field experience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Cassandra)
