Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap with 10-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects in quantum AI, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement futuristic tech adoption frameworks
- Author white papers and keynote presentations on emerging tech paradigms
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with P&L oversight for experimental initiatives
- Build and lead a team of futurists, data scientists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching exponential-growth ventures (IPO or $100M+ exits)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering (PhD preferred)
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Global network of VCs, researchers, and policy influencers
