Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in compliance with company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety adherence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Uphold 5S standards for workplace organization and cleanliness
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
