Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations across 5 regional distribution centers
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop annual $50M+ operational budgets and KPI frameworks
- Negotiate contracts with 3PL providers and freight carriers
- Drive digital transformation through WMS/TMS system integrations
- Ensure 99.8% on-time delivery compliance across 47 states
- Lead crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 10+ years progressive logistics experience with 3+ in leadership
- CPIM or CSCP certification required
- Expertise in TMS/WMS implementations (Oracle/JDA preferred)
- Proven P&L management for $30M+ operations
- Strong data analytics and forecasting abilities
- Experience with international customs compliance
- Ability to relocate to Memphis with comprehensive support package
