Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments with precision and speed.
- Load and unload delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor.
- Pack products securely for domestic and international shipping using provided materials.
- Maintain a 100% clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear provided safety gear at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- No college degree required; high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data and scanning barcodes.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory for this role.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks and warehouses).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including overtime and weekends.
