Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate client records within our secure CRM system.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of remote desktop applications and software suites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference and trend analysis.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when communicating with customers of all technical backgrounds.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols regarding remote work operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
