Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade cloud solutions on AWS/Azure platforms
- Lead technical workshops with C-level stakeholders to define cloud migration strategies
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost-efficiency and performance
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud best practices and DevOps methodologies
- Conduct security audits and compliance assessments (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2)
- Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Present solution blueprints to executive leadership and technical review boards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud architecture with 4+ years on AWS/Azure
- Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing
- Professional certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Strong background in financial services or healthcare cloud transformations
- Advanced problem-solving skills for complex distributed systems
- Exceptional communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
