Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of high-quality software applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical architecture discussions to foster team growth.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit and integration tests, to ensure code reliability.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise technical documentation for all systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript (React, Node.js preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Cloud: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on best practices.
