Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and surgical services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to team development
- Adhere to strict JCAHO and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
- BSN degree with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with Epic or Cerner EMR systems
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid driver's license for facility travel
