Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in specialized units including ICU, ER, and Oncology
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide mentorship to junior nursing staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Participate in hospital committees and contribute to policy development
Qualifications
- BSN degree from an accredited institution (MSN preferred)
- Current, unrestricted RN license in home country or eligible for NCLEX
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care settings
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (or equivalent)
- English proficiency (minimum IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100)
- Eligibility for US visa sponsorship (J-1 or H-1B pathways)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
