Responsibilities
- Complete 160-hour paid medical assistant training curriculum
- Master clinical procedures including vital signs, EKG, and phlebotomy
- Learn electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical terminology
- Practice patient communication techniques in diverse cultural settings
- Obtain CPR/BLS and Medical Assistant certification
- Shadow experienced professionals in clinical rotations
- Participate in weekly cultural competency workshops
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship available)
- High school diploma or equivalent (foreign credentials accepted)
- Basic English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Commitment to full-time training (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm)
- Valid Arizona driver's license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
