Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage and maintain company servers, cloud systems, and security protocols
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Implement and document IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless technology solutions
- Train employees on new systems and best practices for digital security
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network hardware and enterprise software
- Excellent communication abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences
