Role Overview
You will be responsible for designing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our services. You will work closely with software development and IT operations teams to bridge the gap between development and production.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to automate deployment processes.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using Terraform and Ansible to provision and manage resources.
- Monitor system performance and implement auto-scaling solutions to handle traffic spikes.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve code quality and reduce deployment failure rates.
- Implement security best practices and compliance standards across all environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Deep knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
