- Train and mentor 15+ hospitality staff members
- Optimize guest satisfaction metrics and online reviews
- Coordinate with vendors for event and catering services
- Implement revenue management strategies
- Resolve complex guest inquiries with professionalism
- Conduct weekly staff performance reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years hospitality management experience
- Proven ability to exceed revenue targets
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid California Food Handler certification
