Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including medication administration and treatment monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in shift handovers and care coordination activities
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Valid RN license (or equivalent nursing credentials)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- Eligible for US visa sponsorship (J-1, H-1B, or TN visa)
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
