Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by conducting comprehensive physical exams and medical history reviews.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient recovery and discharge planning.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans in response to changing clinical conditions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia (or compact state eligibility).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting (preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality of care standards.
- Eligibility for or ability to obtain required US work authorization (Visa sponsorship provided).
