Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and measuring materials.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license is a plus for certain positions.
