- Document technical procedures, configurations, and changes accurately.
- Conduct regular security audits and patch management to protect company data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
