As a Night Shift Specialist, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that critical data is processed accurately and on time while the rest of the world sleeps.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify high volumes of data into our proprietary CRM and ERP systems with a focus on speed and precision.
- Perform routine quality control checks and audits to ensure 100% data integrity and compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors regarding urgent data discrepancies or system alerts.
- Adhere strictly to all company security protocols, confidentiality agreements, and safety regulations.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of daily reporting stations during shift changes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role (1+ years preferred).
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a self-motivated work ethic.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
