Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory security.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patch management.
- Document technical incidents and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Collaborate with network administrators to resolve connectivity issues.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of professional IT Help Desk or technical support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work on-site in Austin, TX.
