Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead the architecture and development of scalable software solutions using modern cloud technologies.
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality software products.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to industry security standards and best practices.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#; experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
