Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Docker
- Conduct code reviews ensuring security best practices and performance standards
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Present technical solutions to cross-functional stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (foreign degrees welcome)
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools and containerization technologies
