Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse international and domestic guests
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with multilingual support
- Coordinate room assignments and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera, PMS) accurately
- Assist with event setup and conference coordination
- Maintain strict compliance with safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Fluent English proficiency; additional languages (Spanish, French, Mandarin) highly valued
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid work authorization (visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
