Responsibilities
- Harvest and sort seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers)
- Operate farm machinery under supervision
- Maintain crop quality and field cleanliness
- Adhere to safety protocols and pesticide guidelines
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance
- Load/unload produce with proper handling techniques
- Participate in daily team briefings
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for sponsorship
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Availability for 6-8 hour shifts, 5-6 days/week
- Reliable transportation to Detroit location
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
