Responsibilities
- Harvest seasonal crops (strawberries, leafy greens, tomatoes) using proper techniques
- Operate and maintain farming equipment (tractors, irrigation systems)
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment to local markets
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality control standards
- Assist with greenhouse maintenance and pest management
- Document daily harvest activities and inventory levels
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 1 year commercial farming experience
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina for bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
