Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including weeding, planting, and harvesting crops in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment such as tractors, harvesters, and planters safely.
- Inspect crops for quality and pests, reporting any issues to the farm manager immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations set by OSHA and company policy.
- Load and unload harvested produce for transport to storage or distribution centers.
- Assist in general farm maintenance and irrigation tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50+ lbs.
- Basic English proficiency (required for H2A visa compliance).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license or ability to provide reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available for full-time seasonal work.
