Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting various row crops.
- Operate farm machinery and agricultural equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect crops for quality, pests, and diseases, reporting findings to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Load and unload harvested produce for transport to packing facilities.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Assist in general farm maintenance as required by the crew leader.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid H2A visa or be eligible to obtain one through our sponsorship process.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills in English.
- Reliable transportation to and from the designated work area.
- Previous agricultural or farming experience is preferred but not mandatory.
