Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, weeding, and harvesting crops in various weather conditions.
- Operate farm machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Assist in the packing, sorting, and loading of produce for distribution.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding daily tasks and progress.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physically fit and capable of performing strenuous manual labor.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (H2A visa holders preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of farming or agricultural operations is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
