Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Inspect crops for quality and pests; implement pest control measures
- Perform field maintenance (weeding, pruning, fertilizing)
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainable farming practices
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading harvested produce

Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
