Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops (vegetables, fruits, and grains)
- Perform manual labor including pruning, weeding, and crop monitoring
- Maintain farm equipment and facilities according to safety standards
- Adhere to H2A program regulations and USDA guidelines
- Assist with packing and post-harvest processing
- Participate in team meetings and safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of agricultural experience
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
