Responsibilities
- Provide multilingual support to international guests with exceptional service
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and room assignments
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with cultural sensitivity
- Maintain detailed records using our property management system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Promote local attractions and activities to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
