Responsibilities
- Execute guest services and front desk operations in luxury hotel settings
- Coordinate event planning and banquet services for international clientele
- Assist in revenue management and inventory control systems
- Participate in cross-departmental training rotations (FOB, F&B, Sales)
- Implement customer satisfaction protocols and service recovery procedures
- Document operational insights for continuous improvement initiatives
- Attend weekly professional development seminars and cultural workshops
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of hospitality/business program
- Intermediate English proficiency (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent)
- Valid J1 visa sponsorship eligibility (home country residency required)
- Customer service experience in hospitality or retail preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems
- Strong communication skills and cross-cultural adaptability
- Must relocate to Baltimore for program duration
