Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences in resort services, housekeeping, or food & beverage departments
- Maintain strict adherence to sanitation and safety protocols
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure seamless operations
- Complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes
- Participate in mandatory pre-season training programs
- Adapt to peak season demands while maintaining service excellence
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
- Clean background check and reliable work history
- Willingness to commit to full seasonal duration (March-October)
