Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to international guests with clear communication
- Process bookings, payments, and inquiries using multilingual support systems
- Resolve customer complaints promptly with cultural sensitivity
- Collaborate with cross-cultural team members to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with event coordination and tourist attraction bookings
- Maintain accurate guest records and feedback documentation
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights and improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, French, Portuguese, etc.)

- Strong interpersonal skills with cultural awareness
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation software
