Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties, including loading, unloading, and sorting materials in warehouse and factory settings.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety regulations strictly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and quality goals.
- Assist with inventory management and perform routine quality control checks on products.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English reading and writing skills to understand safety instructions and work orders.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Eligibility to work in the United States or ability to obtain an EB3 Non-Immigrant Visa.
