Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and sorting of products according to safety standards.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods from delivery trucks and conveyors.
- Operate standard industrial machinery and hand tools under close supervision.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of workstations and production floors.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment by adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (EB3 Visa sponsorship available).
- No prior manufacturing or industrial experience is required; we train all new hires.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills for safety instructions.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
