Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and production tasks according to strict safety guidelines.
- Operate basic manufacturing machinery and equipment with precision and care.

- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and attendance requirements.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic English communication skills (verbal and reading).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Eligibility or willingness to apply for EB3 Unskilled Labor visa sponsorship.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
