Responsibilities
- Operate standard manufacturing and assembly machinery according to safety guidelines.
- Perform basic material handling, packaging, and quality inspection tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily output targets.
- Follow all company protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow basic English instructions.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
