Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and sorting materials.
- Operate standard industrial machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the packaging, labeling, and shipping of finished products.
- Monitor product quality during production and report any defects.
- Follow safety protocols and attend all required safety training sessions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for an EB3 Unskilled Visa or willing to apply for sponsorship.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic English language skills required for safety instructions and communication.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Valid government-issued ID or passport.

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.
