Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to blueprints and safety guidelines.
- Operate standard manufacturing machinery and equipment safely.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Load and unload materials from trucks and conveyors.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Follow all instructions from floor supervisors and team leaders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety manuals.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work various shifts (Day/Night).
- No prior specialized trade experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the USA required.
