Responsibilities
- Production: Operate standard assembly machinery and production equipment to meet daily output targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards before packaging.
- Warehouse: Assist in the loading, unloading, and staging of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintenance: Keep workstations, tools, and surrounding areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Documentation: Complete necessary daily logs and reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must be eligible for EB3 Unskilled Labor visa sponsorship.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Language: Basic English proficiency (reading and speaking) is required for communication and safety.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: No prior manufacturing experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Attitude: Motivated, reliable, and willing to learn new processes.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
