- Assemble components and parts according to detailed blueprints and written instructions.
- Keep the workstation clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and overtime as business needs dictate.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; no bachelor's degree required.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills to follow safety protocols and work instructions.
- Valid identification and legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
