- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve payment processing issues within 24-hour SLA
- Process weekly payroll adjustments and expense reimbursements
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with finance team to reconcile weekly payment discrepancies
- Train 2-3 new team members monthly on payment systems
- Generate weekly performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in customer service or financial operations
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and payment processing platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Familiarity with UK financial regulations (FCA guidelines)
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays during peak periods
- Previous experience with weekly payroll systems preferred
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or equivalent
