- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex system issues
- Document interactions and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium banking services
- Contribute to process improvements through weekly team feedback sessions

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or fintech support roles
