Responsibilities
- Process same-payroll transactions with 99.98% accuracy across client portfolios
- Train HR departments on daily pay implementation and compliance protocols
- Develop customized financial wellness programs for 500+ employee groups
- Resolve payment discrepancies within 4-hour SLA using proprietary software
- Generate monthly analytics reports highlighting payroll optimization opportunities
- Coordinate cross-state compliance for Florida and Illinois labor regulations
- Maintain PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards for all financial transactions
Qualifications
- 3+ years in payroll processing or fintech compliance
- Active Florida Payroll Professional (FPP) certification required
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and QuickBooks Payroll
- Deep understanding of FLSA and Illinois Wage Payment Act
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication certification preferred
