- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as needed.
- Provide exceptional support to resolve complaints and retain our client base.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
