Responsibilities

- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper safety protocols

- Document daily work activities and crop conditions

Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to apply through our program
- Basic machinery operation experience preferred
- Ability to work 6-8 days per week during peak seasons
