Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop harvesting, planting, and cultivation
- Operate farm equipment including tractors and harvesters with proper training
- Maintain field cleanliness and proper crop handling protocols

- Assist in irrigation system monitoring and maintenance
- Participate in crop quality inspection and sorting

Qualifications
